No, but Pancheros is SBA-approved and is registered with the Franchise Registry.

No problem. We have an experienced real estate department to help you find a great franchising location.
4Do I need previous restaurant or franchising experience to become a franchisee?
Previous restaurant and/or franchise experience is preferred, along with knowledge of local real estate in the market you plan to develop.
5Does Pancheros offer single and multi-unit restaurant franchise opportunities?
We are most interested in someone who has the ability to open 3+ restaurants in a single market.
6Where are the Pancheros restaurants generally located?
Pancheros restaurants are generally located in the endcaps of strip centers, in highly visible locations with a mixture of daytime and retail population. Typically 2,200 - 2,400 sq ft.
7Will I receive guidance on purchasing equipment and supplies?
Yes, we guide you through purchasing equipment and supplies for your restaurant.
8Will I receive assistance with my grand opening?
Of course! Pancheros franchising staff will assist you to make sure your restaurant is ready to go at opening. We will also help you put together a grand opening marketing plan customized to your market.
9What does your training program involve?
New franchisees go through a classroom training at our corporate offices. After classroom training, onsite training at a restaurant takes place to give you first-hand experience operating a Pancheros.
